The government has been trying to prepare the nation for a complete switch to digital TV, and despite their efforts over three million homes are still unprepared for the switch over. Next week, over 1000 broadcasters will change their signal to digital and permanently turn off their analog programming. The government has spent over two billion dollars to help citizens with the transition.
