Baby's Touch Christmas app

A holiday app designed just for babies, yet strangely addictive to parents as well.

Babies and toddlers are innately drawn to iPhones and iPads, and the touch response of these devices are intuitive to the gestures and curiosity of babies. Seeing the interest first hand with one of our own children, the Ironpaper team has launched a family of iPhone and iPad apps called Baby's Touch.

The Baby's Touch apps are simple, shape generating and touch response games designed for babies and toddlers. Without the clutter of menus and complex game instructions, young children will immediate adapt to this play environment.

On Thursday, December 6th, Ironpaper launched it's second app of the series just in time for the holidays. Baby's Touch Christmas is a holiday-themed touch-experience game that builds on the mechanics of the first generation game. The game scene is a nighttime winter sky with a bright Christmas tree adorning the foreground. As a user drags their finger across the screen, shapes spawn in randomized patterns, evoking the magic of the holiday season. Gingerbread men, candy canes, stars, bulbs and presents float effervescently in the night sky. Touching shapes will make them gently pop, and the presents which spawn less commonly, explode joyfully like a fireworks display.

Baby's Touch Christmas is for sale within the iTunes App Store for 99 cents, and it is available for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
