We have been focused on building the social care website's internal communications capabilities between members. As the site expands, there is a need for building and enhancing tools that help make interactivity more seamless Conversations between members are now gaining a new richness and depth. Simple comments have turned into more complex and emotional questions. This is a direction that we wish to take the website.
