Apple has declared that the personal computer is "nolonger the central hub" in people's digital lives. Today, they released a new web storage & syncing cloud service for digital media--music, photos, files and software. The service will automatically store files and media from any Mac, iPad or iPhone on Apple's cloud servers. The new service has been introduced at the low, low, low price of ...free.

Say Goodbye MobileMe, hello cloud

The service will make files and media from one Apple device available on all devices of an owner. This will remove the hassle of syncing between mobile devices and computers. The iCloud service will replace the failed MobileMe service, and it will add expanded capabilities--namely the syncing of files, documents, applications and photos.
