Web Project Manager - Charlotte

We are hiring a Web Project Manager who loves digital strategy, web projects, and inbound marketing. 

We are seeking a candidate that understands content management systems, conversion strategy, SEO, and UX.

This candidate will work directly with clients and manage web projects and strategic initiatives. You would be given freedom to explore strategies, manage a team, run campaigns/experiments and provide guidance to the team on project direction.

We are looking for a self-driven person that enjoys being part of a collaborative, strategic process. Additionally, we are looking for someone that has a deep interest in learning and advancing their skills—with marketing and UX. The candidate would lead website design/development projects and marketing retainer relationships for clients.

Core responsibilities

  • Building project plans and web project strategies
  • Leading website projects and other web based projects through launch
  • Interviewing stakeholders
  • Auditing websites and creating strategies for improvement and optimization 
  • Managing and reporting using analytics
  • Marketing planning, research and campaign planning using HubSpot

Qualifications include

  • Professional experience as a web designer or project manager or digital marketer or related position
  • Propensity or desire to learn web analytics: HubSpot, Google Analytics and other analytic tools
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Organized & clear verbal communicator
  • Loves working on web or digital projects
  • A balance of analytical and creative
  • Willing to meet our certification requirements
  • Desire for on-going learning in field of digital marketing and analytics


Our ideal candidate would be self-driven, passionate about learning, and friendly.

The candidate should have experience leading web projects and have a strong understanding of UX principles.

We are seeking an individual that embodies our passion for ongoing learning. We are open to candidates that may need to gain new skills for this role and will take 5-6 HubSpot and Google certifications within the first year to help with skill development. We also expect that this candidate will be open to learning and becoming a champion for Ironpaper's methodologies for marketing, sales, content, and management. Additionally, this position will require someone that will continuously learn and gain new and diverse skills over time.
