Now Hiring:

Marketing Director

B2B marketing leader with expertise in client consultation and driving business growth.

You have experience advising B2B clients, building trusted relationships, and connecting marketing decisions to business outcomes. You understand how marketing supports complex sales cycles and can translate client goals, market insights, and performance data into clear priorities and actionable plans.

As a Marketing Director, you serve as the primary day-to-day marketing advisor for a portfolio of client accounts. You lead client conversations, provide strategic guidance, communicate recommendations, and help clients understand the value of their marketing investments.

You don't need to own every aspect of strategy development or campaign execution. Instead, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn approved strategies into action, guide priorities, and ensure marketing efforts remain aligned with client business goals.

This role is ideal for an experienced B2B marketing leader who combines strong marketing expertise, business judgment, and relationship-building skills to help clients navigate challenges and achieve measurable results.

Essentials

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing strategy, client consultation, account leadership, or integrated marketing.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing, buyer journeys, demand generation, and multi-channel marketing approaches.
  • Experience advising senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships, and translating business priorities into marketing action.
  • Ability to interpret marketing performance, identify opportunities, and recommend priorities that support client business goals.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently explain marketing recommendations, results, and tradeoffs.
  • Experience managing client expectations, account scope, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborative leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, or guiding marketing teams.
  • Must be able to work full-time remotely within the U.S. (excluding California) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time.

    • Communicate marketing recommendations, performance insights, and business value clearly and confidently.
    • Manage client expectations and proactively address concerns, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Client Business + Market Understanding
    • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business model, industry, buyers, competitive landscape, and growth priorities.
