Digital Designer - Remote

We are hiring an experienced visual designer with an emphasis on web and interactive design and digital marketing for a full-time, remote position.

As a designer at Ironpaper, you will be responsible for designing and articulating new concepts for websites, interactive experiences, landing pages, digital ads and marketing assets, and information graphics. You will have multiple client projects at any given time.

Your work will include research, UX strategies/best practices, file production, and QA. Additionally, you would work collaboratively with web development and marketing teams to create best-in-class solutions.

Qualifications include

 

  • Strong design portfolio (web design/interactive or graphic design)
  • Must have a minimum of 4+ years of related professional experience in design or an exceptional professional portfolio.
  • Have designed websites from conception to QA.
  • Interactive capabilities in web design
  • Proficient in using Figma
  • Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and PowerPoint
  • Motion design experience is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of modern design principles
  • Ability to work within strict brand standards
  • Ability to articulate and present design concepts to clients
  • Agency experience is a plus, and/or supporting multiple design projects simultaneously for different brands. 
  • Experience creating design for HubSpot website modules is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in the Eastern Standard Timezone (9 am - 6 pm)
