Director of People Operations – Remote

We are hiring a full-time Director of People Operations to ensure operational excellence and strengthen our services by supporting, enabling, and optimizing our people operations and team functions.

Does this describe you?

You are a people leader that believes management is an art form. You love helping teams elevate their game and improve results. You love testing management systems to ensure you are building a great culture—not a process for the sake of process. You serve as a model for others: actions and words work in harmony. You lead with kindness, respect, and empathy, while challenging your team to strive for new heights. You care about people individually, but you understand that alignment is a powerful force. You are always learning and pushing yourself to improve. You want to work in a community where others do the same.

Question to ask yourself:

Are you a critical thinker that can facilitate client and team conversations to generate successful business outcomes?

  • Willingness to learn and a desire to receive feedback
  • Must have a successful track record of coaching managers and directors
  • Prior involvement in learning and development
  • Strong analytic skills with an ability to derive insights and communicate those insights both verbally and in writing; prior experience in pitching ideas to C-Suite executives
  • Professional understanding of inbound marketing
