Marketing Technology Specialist - Remote

We are hiring a full-time Marketing Technology Specialist to support clients with implementation and  integration of marketing technologies.

Does this describe you?

You are skilled at technology implementation and integration services, and are knowledgeable of Hubspot and Salesforce.  You enjoy client services and are a confident communicator.  You are skilled in project management. 

Fundamental Capabilities:

  • Must be able to work full-time remote within the US from 9 am to 6 pm EST
  • Hands-on experience in marketing platform implementation and integration, such as Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Experience as a Salesforce Admin
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.  Have created and delivered client presentations. 
  • Project management experience is required, ideally in Agile or Scrum
  • Willingness to learn and a desire to receive feedback
  • Ability to work with a MacBook and Google Suite without training

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Implementation and integration of marketing platforms, such as Hubspot
  • Presenting roadmaps for projects, clearly documenting our progress, creating videos, and sending recap emails that keep our point of contact in-the-know as the project progresses
  • Weekly sprint planning and project management with agile methods
  • Documentation, planning, audits, and presentations
  • Maintain strong client relationships and educate clients on the marketing and business values of the technologies
  • Manage client requests and set project expectations that are aligned to the key business goals. 


Extra Credit if:

  • You are both a Hubspot and Salesforce Admin
  • You are Scrum certified or have other project management certifications
  • Inbound marketing knowledge
  • Experience working in a marketing agency


We need someone who is self-motivated, obsessed with learning, and inherently kind.

You must be a hands-on technologist with substantial skills in marketing tools.

The ability to communicate effectively and having emotional intelligence are imperative in order to convey inspiring stories and impactful insights to both team members and clients.
