Growth Strategist (Remote)

B2B strategist that can identify and solve growth challenges for client accounts. 

 

You have experience in leading and managing digital marketing campaigns, identifying and solving client growth issues using test-based methods, advanced reporting, and have a strong understanding of how these skills can be utilized at each stage of buyers-journey.

You are comfortable in leadership roles and can lead any marketing-related project with a value-added approach. You are ambitious, creative, curious, and are able to identify and prevent problems that most people would not even see coming. You know how and when to scale growth for client accounts and create long-term strategic plans to drive success.

You have the skillsets to lead the strategy and workflow of diverse projects, amplify client satisfaction, provide meaningful insights to your team and clients, audit client accounts for inefficiencies, and provide ongoing support through course-correcting to ensure the highest level of tangible success.

Essentials

  • Must have 3+ years of experience consulting on B2B marketing accounts. 
  • Experience with leading strategy workshops related to the buyer journey and developing training to mitigate gaps and inefficiencies among teams. 
  • Ability to lead effective presentations and pitches while providing logic and reasoning to clients as well as confidently articulate our solutions and strategic direction. 
  • Comfortable with the marketing process, technical projects, and marketing research. Skilled in leveraging marketing automation tools. 
  • Must be able to work full-time remotely within the US (excluding California) from 9 am to 6 pm EST.

The day-to-day:

  • Strategy:
    • Drive solutions that make clients see our work as a crucial part of their growth by delivering upon and articulating our value proposition.
    • Analyze the buyer's journey and document findings.
    • Consistent improvement of reporting dashboards
    • Present a long-term strategy to clients based on data you gather
    • Collaborate across teams
  • Campaigns:
    • Implement Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
    • Document approach to campaigns
    • Lead both ABM and lead generation campaigns and provide insightful reporting
  • Reporting:
    • Create custom reports using varying tools
    • Pitch new approaches to current processes
    • Audit and improve reporting to increase client happiness
  • Communication:
    • Communicate insights to clients using data and testing
    • Develop ideas and strategies and articulate them to your clients
    • Lead presentations for new strategies to gain buy-in
  • Lead and Train:
    • Help develop training materials for the internal LMS and train key roles
    • Internally audit accounts for all teams
    • Identify internal gaps and strategize solutions
    • Provide feedback to all teams to increase the quality of our work

  • The ability to spot not-so-common problems both for your clients and team before they occur and to mitigate those problems successfully
  • Strong analytic skills with an ability to derive insights for clients and communicate those insights both verbally and in writing and through presentation decks
  • Being able to take complicated, messy situations and then detangle and re-organize them while they are in process without dismantling the overall outcome of the project
  • Passion for continual learning
  • Ability to use a MacBook and Google Suite

We are open to candidates that may need to gain new skills for this role and will take 5-6 HubSpot and Google certifications within the first year to help with skill development. We also expect that this candidate will be open to learning and becoming a champion for Ironpaper's methodologies for marketing, sales, content, and management. Additionally, this position will require someone that will continuously learn and gain new and diverse skills over time.
