We are seeking an HR generalist to provide HR leadership to our growing digital agency. We feel this position will be a dream role for the right candidate.
You will have the freedom to influence our talent strategy, provide professional development coaching, support HR needs, manage performance, play a role in implementing our strategic roadmap, and define strategies for continuing to build and train a strong client-services team.
The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills along with the attributes necessary to lead a motivated, high-performing team. S/he will demonstrate the ability to expand our continuous learning program, provide professional coaching, track performance, be a growth advocate, understand the agency growth needs, and will be both a team builder and coach. Our ideal candidate will also understand the needs of a marketing team or client services
A minimum of 7 years as an HR Generalist (or related experience) with exposure to the following functional areas:
- Employee engagement and retention
- Training programs & professional development
- employee relations,
- employee development and retention,
- organizational development, policies,
- compensation,
- HR needs analysis and metrics development,
- performance management,
- talent management,
- issue resolution.
