Sales Enablement Specialist - New York

We are hiring a Sales Enablement Specialist that is an experienced B2B sales practitioner with sales enablement experience to provide consulting, strategy, and sales program execution for our clients. 

This position will help clients improve how they nurture sales leads, communicate throughout the sales process, and how they employ technology to improve sales results. Experience with digital marketing or B2B marketing would be a plus.

We are in the process of expanding our marketing and sales teams as we grow. The position would work collaboratively with our marketing teams to provide strategy, execution, support, and consulting for our clients.

Core responsibilities


  • Work primarily with B2B technology companies that have a long buying cycle, high price point, and a group buying decision process
  • Provide consulting to client sales programs
  • Improve how client use Salesforce for lead nurturing, prospecting, email campaigns, analytics, reporting, and sales pipeline improvements

 


  • Sales enablement execution using Salesforce, LinkedIn, advertising, content, and marketing automation
  • Content strategy for the sales journey
  • Lead management
  • CRM segmentation
  • Personas and ideal buyer profile development
  • Consulting on messaging

 

Qualifications include

  • Great communication and client-facing skills
  • B2B sales experience: 3+ years
  • Lead nurturing, marketing, OR sales enablement experience. 
  • Salesforce administration, HubSpot Sales certified or both. 
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • HubSpot experience a plus
  • Must be located remote within the US only, and be able to work 9am - 6pm EST
  • Must be comfortable working in a remote environment

 

Our ideal candidate would be self-driven, passionate about learning, and friendly.

The candidate should understand inbound sales strategy, and be Salesforce Admin certified.

We are seeking an individual that embodies our passion for ongoing learning. We are open to candidates that may need to gain new skills for this role and will take 5-6 HubSpot and Google certifications within the first year to help with skill development. We also expect that this candidate will be open to learning and becoming a champion for Ironpaper's methodologies for marketing, sales, content, and management. Additionally, this position will require someone that will continuously learn and gain new and diverse skills over time.
