Russ & Daughters Website Selected as Official Webby Honoree
The Russ and Daughters website was selected as an Official Honoree of the 13th Annual Webby Awards in the Food & Beverage category. Ironpaper and Curio collaborated on the Russ and Daughters website with Curio leading design and Ironpaper leading development.

DonorBase.org is a journal on strategic management for non profit web campaigns. The goal of this journal is to reach out to non profit campaign managers with ideas and news that will help inspire innovation. Donor Base is a new member of the Ironpaper Development Network ( IPD Network ).

New York City Bar Justice Center Website
Ironpaper, Inc and Curio Design teamed together to build the new website for the NY City Bar Justice Center website. The new website contains many new dynamic elements, including a cross site tagging system, dynamic hot box content pulling from dynamic directories and a member's only press archive.
Tenement Museum, New York City
Ironpaper takes over the position as webmaster for the Tenement Museum. Although Ironpaper will not be rebuilding the website for the Museum, we will be building new functionality to improve the site from both a business and customer end.

Congratulations to the USA ST for their new PR 5 status.
Sporn website launches
In February 2009, the new sporn.com website launched. The site has a new look and feel, as well as a new technology backend: integrated with PDG soft and Quickbooks merchant. The site sells pet products and contains a pet location service for lost animals.

Ironpaper is now the webmaster for Dalst--helping to keep their web content current.
Union Settlement Association
On January 29th 2009, Ironpaper launched the new Union Settlement Association website. The new website solves numerous issues from the old version: including a Content Management solution, dynamic image galleries, better site organization, cross browser compatibility and a new design.
*New update: Following the launch of the new website, we added additional technology to the Union Settlement website: an internal search engine with keyword highlights.
Asian Arts Alliance
On January 12th 2008, Ironpaper, Inc. and Curio Design launched the website of the Asian American Arts Alliance: aaartsalliance.org. The website greatly expands the Arts Alliance campabilities online, with new tools, a powerful management system that powers a member's section, an events calendar and dynamic content areas.
Website Launch Announcement: USA Shaolin Temple
On Sunday November 10th 2008, we launched the new site for the USA Shaolin Temple. The website has many improvements at the date of the launch, including an improved photo gallery, improved architecture and navigation, improved accessibility, faster load time, ability to handle a larger number of hits, touched up design and room for expansion. More updates are in process and will be rolled out shortly. The official launch announcement (eblast) will go out later in the week.

Signal Trust launch
Ironpaper and Curio have jointly launched signaltrust.com ( Signal Trust website ). Signal Trust is a life settlement, appraisal and premimum financing company that operates within the national market. Ironpaper served as the development arm of the project.
Russ and Daughters Website: Launched Nov 3rd 2008
Ironpaper and Curio partnered to create the new Russ and Daughters website. We launched the Russ and Daughters website, online store and Lox Populi Blog with Curio Design. The website is composed of three parts: main site (informational), the online store, and the blog "Lox Populi". Russ and Daughters is New York City's premiere appetizing shop. The shop openned in 1914 and has been run since then by four generations in the family. Russ and Daughters is located at: 179 East Houston Street New York, NY 10002.
Design Portal US launches
Ironpaper launches Design Portal US to help serve businesses seeking resources in the online creative industry, as well as resources for creative agencies.
Currently the site supports a limited number of states: California, Florida, New York and Kentucky.
Content update: The Design Portal has began to add more info on upcoming web conferences. Current topics include: Search Engine Marketing, Social Networks and Development Conferences.

New Verse Group Website Updates
We made updates with Verse Group for some of their pages to broaden accessibility. Also Verse updated their People section with a colorful and fun intro page for their staff.
Kidd Company Website Updates
Based on Curios design, we added new pages to the Kidd Company website for both English and Portuguese language sections, including bio pages and informational pages.
The new face of Wet Kentucky
Wet Kentucky has a new logo identity, design and information architecture as well as a new advertising program implemented across all pages. Content listings will be expanded with the relaunch, as well as more focused attention to its web tools and widgets. Daily traffic has increased to Wet Kentucky for local, in-state searches as part of the plan.
Design Gone Wild
One day traffic highs for designgonewild.com have reached 2,976 unique visitors on peak days with traffic surges. We have also received a lot of great feedback! We have connected Design Gone Wild to our advertising network system and are hosting ads and reports.
Update: One month traffic update for Design Gone Wild: 25,000 unique visitors in one month: from Sept 20th to October 20th.
Lows: We have documented one month traffic lows for Design Gone Wild now at 2,330 unique visitors For November 2008. We have ceased all burst traffic campaigns to watch a slow but steady climb averaging approximately 74 unique visitors per day with 91% new visits.

Yuppie Puppy eCommerce and Dog Day Care
Recently Ironpaper launched the Yuppie Puppy website which includes an eCommerce shop that integrates PDG Commerce and Quickbooks. We have helped build the Pagerank of the Yuppie Puppy site, including within generalized keyterms such as "Puppy Products". We helped kick off a web based marketing campaign for YP with includes traffic to the main site and the exteral blog.

Wet Kentucky "Beginning of Fall Calendar" Launched
As part of Wet Kentucky trying to build traffic and gain a larger share of the local traffic user base, it launched a new calendar that is publically available for free. This is also part of a larger effort to sharpen Wet Kentucky into a better guide site for local entertainment. The calendar covers all the major events in Kentucky for month of September.
New Marketing Initiative for Better Biz Hosting
Better Biz Host has launched new ads within the IPD Network to bring in new hosting clients. Part of this effort was to create a new hosting product: "10 Domain Hosting for 9.90 per month". Ads will run to announce this new hosting product. August 4th, a press release was distributed add a seed article talking about the increasing demands placed on web hosts and how web hosts accommodate such demands to stay competitive.

We recently launched a channel for industry news, events, and information on web design, IT and networking, security, marketing and business online. The style of the channel will be blog-like short snippets outlinning the up-to-date topics and highlights. We also added a tagging component so that news items can be grouped by topic.

Note: December 2008: We have recently begun a new campaign for social marketing for SEO and search campaigns for images. The goal of the campaign to to research trends within blog postings on related images (to the image or subject in question) and build quality results that are SEO high scorers. New keywords for such campaigns involve celebrity names and popular hobbies and sports. We have used social networking sites to drive traffic and measure end-user results against our content to learn about specific user behavior and tastes for various subject matter.

Research time: Social Network Discovery
We frequently take up new research topics, but don't always post the subject matter unless we formally write an article. Recently we've been exploring new social networks, as we've been interested to find options beyond Mixx.com, Stumbleupon, Facebook, ComputerLove, Sphinn, Furl, etc. We noticed that many upstart social networks struggle with SPAM which derides the quality of the tool. Currently we are looking at: Folkd, Oyax, Kwoff and the Ausie social network ausculture.com.

We launched an advertising network within the IPD Network. This system will allow outside advertising to access IPD visitors.
- Sept 2008: Ad traffic reporting added to Network. Using Open Ads software, the IPD Advertising network will now send weekly or monthly
reports to publishers and advertisers with click through rates, daily traffic reports and an ad overview.
Ironpaper Partners With Curio NYC
Ironpaper has formed a new partnership with Curio Design in New York. The two companies have formed a collaborative process, working together on some of their projects. Similar partnerships have been formed with Liotis, Verse Group, Link, DesignerWebs, as well as contracted work with Sapient Corporation. We will provide more information on our partners and partnerships shortly.
